Spent half hour trying to get through to pay the balance on my holiday. They had no record of the other 2 people who I sharing the trip payment asked me for payment for all going. Not very impressed with there system and records.

I had trouble using the website so I called their office and and they sorted everything on the phone immediately, they were quick and efficient

booking the holiay , was as expected . easy, unfortunatly all other experience with the internet was a wasteof time.,booking seats on the flight, [ probably because i,m not internet familiar] dealingwith real people would be a advantage, not a recorded messages ,never mind, hope the holiday is as booked, many thanks

Very helpful agent when booking

I over complicated the booking myself, by struggling to decide between 2 tours to Peru. The staff involved were understanding, patient and very helpful. We got there in the end!

Know this company very well and they’ve done an outstanding job during Covid, being super flexible and helpful. The customer care team do a fantastic job and aside from the customer experience they also offer an amazing range of escorted tours and custom made resort holidays. Excellent service from crew. Food was great but little or no alternatives available.
Felt we had to chase company to ensure everything was ready to go before departure. And there was no representative to meet us at port or organise itinerary on final day

If you get Reena Jerry helping you with your enquiry and booking, you will find the most patient, enthusiastic and helpful agent. Despite so many changes and adjustments because of 16 people in our group, she remained unflustered and accurate, making sure that my parents would not be bothered by unforgiving flight times. Reena is an absolute gem ?

Nothing was too much trouble booking this holiday to Mauritius. I had 4 quotes in total after changing dates and everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends. They were recommended to me by a neighbour.

I have been on holiday with Mercury many times in the past and this company is my first port of call when I am looking to travel. The standard has always been exceptional and where possible single travellers are catered for. I would like to see more holidays without the single supplement, but it's the price one pays for independence. The website is easy to use and the instructions given are clear and concise. It is important to read everything sent so as to make the most of the holiday.
